Due to ongoing changes in our state and national health care systems, please understand we are NOT in-network with all health insurances or plans (for example Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield). Also note Movement does NOT pre-authorize care. If pre-authorization is necessary for care, you are personally responsible for this step. A "superbill" detailing billing information can be provided if you would like to attempt reimbursement from your insurance company.
  
  

Understand Your Insurance Benefits First

Movement Physical Therapy, LLC is committed to you having a positive all-around experience while in our care.  To assist with this process, we highly recommend that you understand your insurance benefits.  Generally, Movement Physical Therapy will not know all of the specific details of your insurance until after we have billed it.  We do not wish to assume your benefits and give you any false pretenses.  This is a general guide of how to determine your insurance benefits for Physical Therapy services:

Private Pay Alternative and Save!

Movement Physical Therapy, LLC also accepts direct payment in cash, check, or credit/debit card from individuals for physical therapy services rendered to them.  After each treatment session, charges for that session will be totaled and invoiced to the patient.  Patients are expected to pay immediately at the time of invoicing.

Oftentimes we can offer you a better rate if you choose not to use your insurance.  This discount is given because Movement Physical Therapy does not have to incur costs and time associated with claim processing for health insurance companies.

And don't forget that you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA)/Flexible Spending Account (FSA) at Movement Physical Therapy whether or not you choose to use your health insurance benefits. Consider the savings of being able to pay with pre-tax dollars. Here’s a hypothetical example of this savings: $100 treatment fee x 25% tax bracket x 7.65% medicare/social security tax = $32.65 in savings… somewhat equivalent to only having to pay $68 for your treatment session.

Finally, consider the fact that Movement offers the most effective and advanced injury prevention, rehabilitation, and human performance solutions in the Vail Valley.  This means we will get you better sooner with less visits, saving you time and $$!!!
